Hello Everyone,

My name is Reese and I graduated from PSU about 3 years ago with a degree in accounting. I have since started a successful dietary supplement company with my twin brother. As there are a lot of risks involved with our current business, we are looking to diversify by investing in real estate we can rent out.

A friend of ours mentioned to us a co-worker was looking to sell a 3 unit for about $120k. (currently all units are being rented out for a total of $2,200 a month). I am just trying to do as much research as possible before deciding to make this purchase.

What I am most curious about is what types of questions I should be asking the seller, the process of hiring a professional inspector, and how I can do independent research on the property to determine how old it is, along with other relevant details. Any help getting started on this process would be much appreciated.

Thank you all!!
