New member from Florida

Hello,

My name is Matt Heidinger. I am new to real estate investing. I came across Biggerpockets online while reading an article and figured that I would join up! 

A few things about me, I am 26 and live in West Palm Beach. I have a degree in Public Safety Management. I work full time as a luggage porter at The Breakers. I also have a detailing business doing paint correction and coatings on high end vehicles. I decided that I wanted to start my career in real estate investing after talking to my neighbor who is from Canada and has acquired many properties in Florida, Texas and a few other states. 

To start off my real estate investing career I am looking to purchase my first condo, townhome, or multi family home that I could rent out. From there I am looking to acquire as many properties as I can as either buy and hold, fix up and flip, and rentals. I have been doing a lot of research over the last year and I am ready to buy something I just need to find the right property.

I am interested in making some connections on here and meeting others with the same goals in mind! I love to learn and research new ideas. Any guidance or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading my intro and I look forward to meeting and talking with everyone!
