Hi all!

My name is Alex Toler, I am 24, and I am new to the real estate investing world.  My only real estate experience is from buying my own home, and working with realtors and lenders to provide insurance to their clients.

I was born and raised in Western St. Charles County.  I went to Missouri State University in Springfield, MO, and upon graduation I spent another year working and living in Springfield.  This past summer I moved back to my roots here in St. Charles County.

My "day job" is running a full service independent insurance agency.  Many of my clients are small business owners and property investors.  Running the agency falls in line with my entrepreneurial spirit, and allows me the freedom to work on other projects as well.

My goals for the next year are to complete 10 wholesales deals, one fix and flip, and acquire my first rental property.  Over the next 5 years, I would like to have 10 rental properties, one being a vacation rental.  These may be stretch goals, but I believe my work ethic will help me obtain these goals.

I look forward to meeting the many members on this site, and growing my knowledge of the industry.  I will also be sure to provide my insurance knowledge on that particular forum, that way I am able to help others in their businesses as well.
