Hi Everyone,

I've been studying Real Estate Investing for about a year now trying to absorb what I can.  I think I'm finally ready to go for it, however, living in an area (Vancouver, Canada) where the average single family home is averaging over $1.4 mil, I find it challenging and terrifying to get started. I'm glad to connect with like minded people and find out from people who have experienced this on how they overcame these obstacles.

Thanks,

Phil
