Newbie Investor From Peoria, Illinois

Greetings BP,

My name is Gabe Tongate. I am a novice real estate investor from the Peoria, IL area. I have completed a few deals in the past years including flips and SFR buy/hold. I am a current landlord and hope to increase in that area but I primarily enjoy the excitement of flipping.

I am interested in one day becoming a full time investor but I presently work full time in a corporate setting.  I would ideally like to stay in my current area but am open to other markets if the opportunities present themselves.  Primary reason for joining BP is to gain the much needed advice and real world experience that is so richly presented here.  However, I would love to hear about any deals that others may have and look forward to making many connections.

I should mention that I am a father of 3 and combined with a very busy work schedule, my free time is limited.  However,  I will certainly make every effort to get back with anyone who cares to chat.  I very much look forward to utilizing the site and am anxious to connect.
