Hi All, 

So I have been in the Industry for about 2 1/2 years now as an Agent. 

I have found that without a well knowledgeable Broker to coach you into success and the student being coach-able that making the kind of money most dream of in this business will NEVER happen! 

My advice to new and old agents is make sure you are coach-able and make sure your Broker does what most Brokers won't do which is HELP you WIN!
