Hello!

I've been a real estate agent for just about 2 years now and am a part of brokerage that really focuses on investment properties in the San Antonio area. We have set up a great program for purchasing properties at auction or elsewhere and I am looking forward to begining to invest my own money into some income generating properties. I have just gone full time into real estate with the majority of my time servicing residential buyers and seller, but within the next year I would love to spend more time purchasing and managing my own properties. The majority of our investment business is in fix and flips, but I am starting to work with an investor to aquire single and multi-family rental properties. I look forward to learning more about this exciting industry!
