Hi, all! Joshua Sheats from Radical Personal Finance interviewed Josh and sparked my interest in this site. I've already been directed here by reddit posts but it was Joshua's interview that shared how informative it is. 

My name is Myrna Richmond. I moved to Reno a little over a year ago for work; I work full-time at a W-2 job and have four SFH in GA that are managed by a PM. I am a Buy and Hold Investor and single parent using rental properties to (ultimately) fatten college and retirement savings, and potentially become financially independent.

I haven't decided about purchasing rentals here in Reno yet; real estate here seems expensive to me. If I did, it would probably be through purchase of a small multifamily. I am not a member of any real estate investment clubs and really don't know any other investors.
