Hi everyone!

My name is Emerald and I've been a long time lurker of the BP community. I started reading the BP website in 2011 and the podcast in 2014. Over that time, I've learned soooo much! I'm extremely grateful to all the amazing people that have put part of themselves into making the community what it is. 

My hands on experience is limited to house management while going through undergrad and grad school. During which, I've used the information found on BP countless times. I've put my toes into the real estate water and I love the temperature. Now I'm making my final preparations to fully commit and make the big plunge.

This is the next step in that process. I'm committing to being active in this community. I know there is so much knowledge here and I would be a fool to ignore it. 

Over the next 7 months my goals are to: 

1. Fully understand how to analyze a  small multifamily property by analyzing 3           properties a day. 

2. Participate 2x a week on the BP website/forums.

3. Determine my specific farming location in Washington.

4. Build up capital to purchase my first small multifamily property with emergency       reserves. 

I look forward to learning more about everyone here! One fun thing about me is I really love the smell of an ice rink in the early morning. Must of been from all those 6 am hockey games I had as a kid...haha
