Yes i am 18yrs old, recently moved to the city to feed my thirst for more opportunities and boy has my thirst has been fed. I was at first overwhelmed but i now know where i need to start. I have little to no money at the moment, have been reading as many books as i can and overall interested in getting into real estate to start things off. What really turned my attention towards real estate was robert kiyosakis' books. I am pushing myself to become 100% focused and patient towards this, that means dropping off all liabalities (t.v. shows, hobbies, unhealthy eating, having fun in general) I really want to learn more but i also need to expand myself in different ways. I am really excited to be part of of this community and hopefully it will be an awesome experience.
