Hello fellow investors. 

Looking to grow the team and expand the business - has to happen in that order ;) 

Started REI in mid-90's and got serious in early-2000's. Mostly a cash flow investor but have done very well with flips too. Open to discussing alternative markets and niche' investments - think outside the box.
