Hello everyone my name is O'Neil and I am an entrepreneur and also new to REI. I really can use some help. I am in Pennsylvania and someone wants to sell me their home for 150k with 60k equity. Thats a steal. Is there anyone with advice or that can partner with me in the Easton area of PA?
