Hi my name is Paul Rodriguez and I'm upset i didn't find bigger pockets sooner. I grew up in the general contracting business and eventually seen the advantage my father and i had in real estate investing. I eventually became a licensed agent to capitalize on our niche. While interviewing potential brokers and deciding where i wanted to hang my license, i visited several brokers and although they stuffed me with coffee and great finger foods, i wasn't convinced until i came across New Western Acquisitions. After one visit, i was immediately sold.  Sold on the system and sold on the standards. As i continue to grow and master the wholesaling aspect of real estate, I came here to become even more knowledgable in every aspect of real estate investing. Growing up, my father stressed the importance of connecting with likeminded people. "Iron sharpens Iron". So here i am. Ready to learn, find a mentor and help where i can. Currently I'm the easy button for a few types of players in this real estate arena. Investor friendly real estate agents love working with me since i eliminate the need to go out making multiple offers to get a deal with for their investor client. I simply keep off market deals in their inbox. They make a commission off the purchase then again at resale. I also help qualified cash buyers attain investment assets all over San Antonio at wholesale prices. If i can assist anyone near or far, don't hesitate to notify me.
