My Name is Jerome Young Jr. I too am a fresh newbie to real estate investing here in Hyattsville, Maryland. Currently, I am venturing into wholesaling as my intro of choice to jumpstart my new career and pursuit of time freedom. Hi Jerome, welcome to BP. This is definitely a place to learn a lot about real estate investing its also good to check out the podcasts. You are not that far from me I'm in Lanham. Wholesaling is a good way to build up some cash to invest in buy and hold.
