I my name is Gwen (GiGi). I am a newbie to real estate investing. I was introduced to and attended a Baltimore REIA meeting on the invite of a friend. I learned about BP from research. I currently am an adjunct instructor teaching a few select courses. I also had a very successful career in pharmaceuticals, sales & marketing. I sold real estate for about 7 yrs until the big market crash. I have always been intrigued about investing. My goal is to be a wholesaler to raise capital to eventually 'buy & hold'. I welcome any and all assistance from the BP experts out there!
