Greetings, all.

My name is Jason and I am a new member to BP. My wife and I are newbie real-estate investors and we are looking forward to meeting and sharing ideas with everyone in the BP community. Any help we can get will be much appreciated.

We are interested in single-family rentals and multi-unit rentals. We currently have one rental (single-family) but are looking to add more to our portfolio over the years to come.
