Hello BP, I'm an it pro looking to move out to Real estate ft. I'm currently building a spec home that I'll be keeping, as my current residence sold quicker than expected. I'm looking to do spec houses fourplex const full time with some rehabbing flipping sprinkled in. I look forward to learning and making some great connections.
