Hi my name it's Santiago Williams, I'm 27 and looking to start flipping houses. I have no experience but I'm willing to learn. This has been something I really wanted to do for a while now, I just don't have any money to do so, but I feel that if someone will give me a chance they want regret it. I'm very hard working and I am determined to get the job done no matter how long it takes. I love challenges and I'm a very easy to teach and learn person. I just want to build a better future not only for myself but for my children also. The type of work I do now is refinishing. I refinish tubs, countertops, and cabinets. I like it but it's not were my heart is. I'm willing to do what ever out takes all I need is some one to believe in me.
