Hi BiggerPockets!

It is a blessing for me to stumble upon a very helpful site. With the challenge of having a low income, I intend to pursue my goal of converting foreclosed properties into unique lodging and events places within the Philippines. Everyday I am learning so I thank everyone in advance who can light my path.
