Newbie From Oregon

Hi Everyone! 

My name is Nick and I'm from Salem, OR. I'm fortunate enough, at my young age especially, to live my dream job racing cars all around the world which keeps me busy most of the time. In the past, I've made some great connections through forums and wanted to introduce myself to the BP community and see where it goes.

I have been interested in real estate investment for a few years now and thought I'd finally take the plunge. The last couple years I have put off investing and instead focused on my racing career, but the time has come!

I've been doing some research on how to get started in real estate which lead me to BP. My short term goal is to purchase my first investment property next year whether it be a flip, multifamily, etc. Long term, I would like to build a healthy portfolio that will keep me busy and hopefully allow me some freedom. Reading the forums has provided some great information to a newbie like me, so I thought maybe I'd stay awhile!
