I am a seasonal real estate investor and contractor looking for opportunties in the Atlanta, Georgia area.  I am interested in learning more about the real estate industry. I have over 25 years of construction experiences. I have completed sure as total rehabs/renovations, rent ready rehabs, additions, new building, decks, painting,roofing and more.
