Hey BP,

My name is Dan Toshner and I live in Seattle (ballard).  I am new to real estate investing but have been running an insurance agency for 7 years now.  I have been in deep study on podcasts/bp forums the last few months and am starting to see the huge opportunity to supplement my income.

After research I see myself as a cash flow buy and hold investor. My question after research is trying to understand the buzz of multi family vs SFR? When I go through the numbers it seems to be more profitable to buy a SFR for cash flow and appreciation without putting in effort into the property? Just wanted to say hi and see if anyone else felt this way and had different input.

Thanks and happy to be here
