Good morning.  My name is Jeff McNeil.  Thanks for having me here today.  I am looking for knowledge to help me feel like I am getting a fair deal when I upgrade my home from a condo to single family residence.  I have been in the home insurance industry for over 11 years and seen the crazy claims and interesting properties.  I know insurance, but I don't know mortgages.  Am I getting a fair rate?  Are there better deals?  What is a correspondent and is that better than retail?  Why do big banks seem to have the worst rates?

I plan on asking a whole bunch of questions, apologies in advance. :-)
