Hello--I have been here for about 4 years-upper valley NH, ever since we relocated from Chicago to here.  Long story short, my husband worked at Dartmouth, 20 years ago--and I swore to never come back...there were no or very very little hair care products for African Americans in Hanover/Lebanon back then...Anyway, I earned my doctorate in psychology, became a licensed clinical psychologist and yearned for wide open spaces and a place to do my art--I now work for a distance learning institution (work from home) and my husband is back working at Dartmouth.  The moral of the story, never say never.....sometimes you have to follow the yellow brick road and when there isn't one you just lay the bricks yourself and keep on stepping.  Looking forward to meeting all of you, now that we are more settled and looking to expand our real estate holdings.  Peace, Brian

@Brian Ragsdale

Welcome to Bigger Pockets. Lol it's amazing how life places us in spaces/places we planned never to thread or return to. It seems as returning has been rewarding.

Extend your rewards by consider spending 30 minutes for 30 consecutive days on Bigger Pockets. You will receive an Addict award along with a habit; as well as learning and retaining useful real estate information without struggling.

We are considered to be the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with so connect with REIA meetings, accountability partners, and mastermind groups to engage with individuals interested in real estate investing.

At the bottom of this page is a list with help in it. Click on help. You will see answers to questions that you didn't even think of.

It is nice to have you sharing with us in the forums. I'm looking forward to sharing more insights with you in the forums.
