Greetings.  I've actually been bingeing on the podcast for the last 1.5 months (on episode 50) and reading as many books as I can, but new to the forum.  I live in Oakland and currently own 2 rental units and plan on building out a third in San Francisco next year (just putting in for permits).  I've been doing a lot of networking with local people the last month, and in generally just trying to get as educated as possible.  The bay area is pretty tough for investment right now, but I'm trying to get poised of the next crash to take advantage of the opportunity when it comes.

Do feel free to hit me with any landscape questions - I have done landscape construction for the last 18 years.

Steve
