Hi Everyone! I am a complete beginner just looking for a little advice and tips from Pros in the business. I'm sure that I have to get my credit on track first. I am 21. Currently, I am a student attending Purdue University. I have about about $22,000 in student loan debt and about a $600 in credit card debt. Other than that, no other consumer debt. I am really most interested in house flipping. Any advice would be appreciated ! :) Thank you!
