Hey Everyone! New member here from Canada's Capital. Excited to be here! Attended a few seminars in the past and just finished a 3-day workshop today actually haha. I did not sign up for the class they were upselling/marketing. However, my mind is racing with the possibilities covered regarding all the different revenue streams!

My primary interest is passive income, buy/hold and rehabs. Wholesaling and creative financing sound amazing right now too. I have a primary residence currently and am looking to acquire a second one by April next year. It would be an exercise to put some of the knowledge to action! Looking to snowball that and diversify as I go along. Woulding mind business stateside too!

I am also looking for local investors to network over coffee and get excited about making all kinds of gains!

@Brandon Turner Thanks for the starter material! Glad to be here!

@Joe Fairless I went in knowing only of rental income and flipping houses as revenue streams and feeling pessimistic, knowing I'd only be bottle-necked by insufficient funds to acquire properties. Some of my take-aways from this past weekend were:
- Fixed vs. Growth mindset and what that enables. 
- The fact that there are other revenue streams 
- Creative Financing strategies that I never thought of before, leveraging others' $$
- Deals are not found but created 
- Knowledge + Systems = GOLDEN

Plenty more but I think I have enough to get me started on a deal and I have one in mind already!
