Hello, My name is Steven Bennett

I am a new 56 yr old investor, beginning in the Salem residential area and plan to expand throughout Marion, Polk, Clackamas and Linn counties. I have been studying, implementing and marketing since June 2015.

I grew up in a military family and spent most of my teen years in Silverton OR, graduated high school and joined the military (USN) myself. I spent a number of years in the construction trade (all phases), did some bar tending for a few years, drove truck long haul then back to construction with some electronic and computer work on the side. For my next adventure I went into mill work at a semi-local lumber mill and from there transitioned into graphics installation (mostly wrap installation & removal on vehicles) for the last 9 years. I got married back in 98 so that ended my adventurous search for my ideal career. I had been interested in Real Estate for quite a while, however, fear stopped me from pursuing that avenue.

I had resigned myself to the fact that I would never retire in my current situation, the more I heard myself say it the more I did not like it and decided to do something about it. I began looking for a remedy, came across some information about Real Estate investing and began researching. I found that there was nothing to be afraid of, with some education and support it is rather simple. I realize there is A LOT to learn, however, that is not above my capabilities.

It is my intention to build a company which utilizes integrity and honesty helping the community with creative Real Estate solutions to achieve my financial success and stability.

It is my goal to actually retire in 5 to 7 years and be able to do the things which retired people do, such as take my wife on a vacation (which we have never done & she is already retired), and just relax in general.
