Ambitious newbie from Texas!

Hello Everyone!!

I've been a fly on the wall with BP for about 2 years. Those 2 years I've been trying to educate myself but you can only learn so much without taking action! Last week I finally went PRO and I'm beginning to engage in all that BP has to offer.

I'm a recent college grad and very excited to meet people and create relationships with other ambitious investors! 

My market is the Rockwall, Texas area in eastern DFW. I'm new to the area as of March but am learning a lot about this market and I strive to purchase my first property for a fix and flip or live-in-flip very soon!
