Hello Everyone,

My name is Torrence Williams I am 27 years old I have a wife, a one month old daughter  and one year old son. I currently work about 50 to 55 hours a week supervising for the United States Postal Services and I am very interested in getting started in real estate investing. The niche that I have found most interesting is buy and hold. My goal is to be able to start my own real estate company that focuses on investing into large apartment complexes.
