Hello BP community!  I've been listening to the BP podcast over the last couple of months and thought it was about time I say hi.  I just sold one of my properties here in SD to finance a new house and was looking to reinvest the rest when, in my research I came across this great community and started to realize I have been going about this real estate investing thing all wrong.  Lucky for me a rising tide lifts all ships and even though I've made a ton of mistakes along the way I still have a chance to start doing things right.  I'm starting to look outside San Diego for multi families in places like Indiana and Ohio where I can get good cash flow on rentals.

BP seems to be a great resource for learning.  I'm really excited to learn more about different ways to raise capital and start treating my investing more like a business.

I really want to start meeting other investors in San Diego meet ups.  I've kind of been a lone wolf so far, and realize I can only go so far on my own.  Of course I would love to hear from anyone else here on BP as well and I'm hoping I can be some help to others once I get my act together.

I look forward to being an active part of the community.
