New to BP, at least in diving in
I signed up a few months ago and didn't get in the game. I'm changing that today with this. I need to be involved with other, like-minded real estate investors.
I live in Eden Prairie, MN. I am a buy and hold investor with 22 units in North Dakota. My main deal is a church planter/pastor in Bloomington, MN. My wife and I also own a slide scanning business that we run out of our home.
I hope to learn from others here, especially those who have a few different income gigs at the same time. I also am in a little too much credit card debt in my real estate business to pay insurance and taxes and would love advice from anyone who has crawled out from under that burden. Personal life is clean as far as debt is concerned, except for a mortgage. Finally, I just inherited some farm land and am trying to figure out how that fits into my overall portfolio.
Married, 2 college-age daughters, one pitbull/lab dog with a broken rear ACL.
