Semi New in N. Dallas

I live in the North Dallas area (Frisco) and have been a real estate agent for several years. Looking to get into investing full time, and know more than the average person does. Still semi-new (if that's a word) and looking to partner up with someone in my area who can give me guidance and tell me if a deal is worth going after or not. I feel like I have all the numbers down, but want to be confident in my approach, as I have never done a deal before.

Looking forward to meeting and collaborating with new people.
