Introduction
Hello Everybody,
I am still new to the ideas of RE investing. I have been trying to get started for the past 3-4 months. I still have a LOT to learn. I think right now I have analysis paralysis. Since I am not in a very good position financially I'm being very careful about where I spend my money to learn anything else. I know I 'm going to have to put money out there to get help from someone to mentor me, In my area, Woodland Hills, CA, it is not so easy finding a local REIA. I was thinking about trying to become a bird dog for someone since I'm so good at doing research and finding properties. But I'm not even sure how that works. I guess I'm kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place.
