I have been thinking about getting into rental properties. I wold like to find one duplex or triplex in my location and live in one part of the dwelling. Eventually I would like to move out and have another home of my own. If I plan things right I would not mind fixing up a few foreclosures and flip them. I want to learn as much as I can and get a handel on my income.

Hope to start no later than the end of 2016. Wish me luck
