Retirement
I have been an aircraft mechaning for 20 years. I would like to be able to retire from this in ten years. The only vehicle capable of making this happen is Real Estate.
I love what I do, but honestly... while I know how to use all kinds of tools to do just about anything from Electrical to Plumbing to Metal Fabrication or whatever, I have obviously not learned to use some of the most impotant tools in how to make my money work best for me. That time is done
I'm a Veteran and failure has never been an option, so I have no desire to start now. I'm here to learn as much as possible about Flips, wholesaling and help others out of bad property situations with creative financing and lease to own options where Banks won't help.

Welcome @Darrell Flannery and thank you for your service from a fellow veteran.
Being good with your hands will aid you well in your new JOB as a flipper or wholesaler. Great ways to earn money at ordinary income tax rates, but you have to continue seeking deals and working over and over. With my extra cash I earned doing those, I would try and pick up a rental or 2 along the way.
I have known @Brian Gibbons a long time. He is the real deal and has been in real estate helping and coaching others for 30 years. See ya around the site!
