Community Enterprise is a professional, full service real estate solutions firm that buys and sells properties throughout the greater Cedar Rapids/Iowa City, IA area. We specialize in buying distressed homes, renovate and resell them to retail home buyers and landlords.
Originally established as a construction services company in 2002, co-owners Brian & Terri Krueger redefined the business in 2011 capitalizing on their joint passions for restoring & renovating properties in their communities. As a result, Community Enterprise was developed and is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance. We aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of south central Iowa and its many great neighborhoods. 

  The things we face with each project is to Revitalize the houses ability to be bought by the consumer or sold to an investor for a rental property, we are looking at doing 6 of these renovations in the next 6 months. with the sale of these homes in better shape than any other house on there block it will start a domino effect in the community, thus bringing in more houses, and soon the whole area will have increased it value. With the sale of each home will give us the ability to buy more homes and finance future projects.

  To let people know who we are and what we do. I want people to understand that we are here to help them out of bad situations, weather they have in a home that is in need of updating, in need of a complete rehab, or if they just don't know what they want and just want out. We are here to solve there property problems. The Ideal way to help our Community get back to a better one is to start to "revitalize our community, one house at a time".
