Hi all, I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Pete and I'm a Realtor as well as a licensed Property Manager in Sioux Falls, SD. I've been in the business for a few years and enjoy helping first time homebuyers to savvy investors and everyone in between. I joined this forum primarily to network with the investors in my area, share some knowledge, and learn from other professionals.
