Hi, my name is Chris Carroll. I'm finally getting off the sidelines and pursuing my long held goal to become a successful commercial real estate investor. I'm primarily focused on cash flow generating properties (strip malls, self-storage, medical offices) but I'm open to any opportunity if the deal is right.

I'm looking forward to networking with other commercial RE professions in the Greater Philadelphia area.
