My son and I have just begun.  We incorporated in January 2015 and purchased 2 homes in February.  We have learned a lot from our 2 houses and are looking to improve our process (finding, fixing and flipping).

    it was a great learning experience. We lost a few dollars on our first flip but made twice that amount on the second. 

     We are about to purchase our third and begin a better process for our flip. Looking forward to the challenge.
