I have been working with this company over a year now. And the Company is great. The crew is wonderful. They are very helpful in every way we do turns cleanings, landscaping, and More and we love working with them on a daily basis. Phil. Justin and Bill are all great to work with !

I had a very positive interaction with Enrique Lopez while he was requesting Evidence of Insurance for a mutual client. He was very professional showing excellent customer service skills. I had a great experience with GC Realty and Enrique and Daniela were especially helpful when I had moved out of the beautiful Elgin townhome and had forgotten some of my kitchen items in a cabinet. They informed me of my forgotten items and gave me the opportunity to retrieve them instead of disposing them.
GC Realty was an excellent rental management company and anytime I put in a maintenance request they had a repairman out in no time. They also provided lawn care and cleared our driveway in the winter.
I would recommend GC Realty to anybody and would rent from them again if the opportunity came about!

GC Realty is extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate. I have listened to mark Ainley on the straight up Chicago podcast and got the opportunity to attend one of his educational events. It was very helpful to hear directly from someone who had been in the business for over 15 years. He dropped a lot of actionable knowledge and there was a great networking opportunity as well.
