Hello.  I have been a member for about two years but this is my first post.  I am an active real estate investor as well as a real estate appraiser.  

My wife and I are in the process of relocating to a new area (Raleigh/Durham) so looking to connect with anyone active in that market. My wife plays a big role in the real estate investment side of things and our primary holdings are two mix-use buildings with apartments and commercial spaces. 

 I am interested in all aspects of real estate and look forward to becoming more active on BP.
