Hello, My name is Craig and i'm from just outside Boston. About 6 years ago my family outgrew our house so I purchased another and used the first as a rental. I have had great tenants (3 different) and minimal vacancy time. My wife and I are looking to expand and add a multi family property to our portfolio.
Looking forward to learning all you have to offer and hopefully be able to share some of the knowledge I've gained.

This is a great place to learn. Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.
This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business. Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.
Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have. I'd recommend the NEREIA in Chelmsford as a good one to start with. There are a few on the North Shore and the Boston Investor's meetup quarterly in Reading is good. If you are interested in NH the NH RE Mastermind in Nashua is very good. If you want to head more towards Boston I'd recommend the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (2nd location in Worcester they alternate months with).
