I joined BP last year. My husband and I have been investing in Buffalo real estate for quite a few years now. We have been doing real estate on the side of having two full time jobs, and just a few short months ago I left my job to dig in and do real estate full-time. We hope soon that my husband will follow once we have a little more cushion. We have 12 units right how and did a rehab we thought we would flip, but rather, moved into. Trying to do this full-time has me a bit weary (it all seems new again), and I am hoping to sharpen up my skills and make new relationships that I can utilize and give back to on all things real estate.
