New Member Intro from Avondale Az

Hello I'm Lou Bautista 

I live in Avondale Az and I'm Currently a truck driver and Union Representative looking to retire in about 7 months to finally get into real estate. My beginning goal is to flip a few houses and in the future to set up some passive income while lending money.   My only background in real estate is buying and selling my own homes and refinancing.  I'm a person that makes things happen for myself and others always with the best interest of all involved.  Im hoping to meet other people in the area that are experienced in the sale of homes/house flipping and that are also willing to talk about their experiences in the local real estate market.  I know that everyone involved in this type of business is very busy but if there are any of you that are hyped and devoted to what your doing I'm very interested in meeting with you.
