Just want to say hi

Just want to say hi, not to good with introductions in a forum matter so please bare with me.

I'm a contractor looking to get into real estate. Don't judge me yet, I'm one of the good contractors. I have done work for realtors flipping homes as well as a few acquaintances , we all made money and are still friends. I'm also a full-time firefighter which helps holding two full time jobs. I'm looking forward to learning from a lot of you on here and hopefully help someone else out if I can.
