Hi Everyone,

I've been scoping these forums for about a month now and I'm just getting around to introducing myself.

My name is Scott and I live in the Doylestown area in Bucks County. I've been interested in REI for a few years now and I'm just getting started.

I have my first deal under contract in West Philly(closing 9/05/08) and I'm looking forward to networking with other area investors and RE professionals.
