hi, you guys i am not to wholesaling but i just having a hard time putting deals together. one minute  the wheels will turn and phone calls would start rolling in and then it stop... i use marketing thats free...craigslist..backpage...fsbo...etc...i dont do no postcards,bandit sign, just cold calling..day in  day out!  anybody who can help me out with ideas..please dont be afraid to send it my way,thanks!!!!
