Hello Bigger Pockets! My name is Cody Evans. I am 20 years old and interested in beginning ventures as a real estate investor. I currently live at home and am looking to move into my first house while also adding equity to it and selling it for more than I bought it for (oh isn't everyone?) or becoming a landlord.
