Hello everyone, my name is Jon Baker. My wife (Amy) and I are new to real estate investing. I have been browsing the BP forums and have been listening to the podcasts for the last couple weeks now and am amazed at how much I am learning. This website is amazing. The podcasts alone have really inspired me to take action. My wife and I are currently looking at a possible flip in our area with our realtor as a partner (more details to come). Our goals as future investors would be to try a few flips to learn more about rehabbing and estimating costs and then transition into buy and hold to build some positive cash flow. I am eager to learn as much as possible and to grow as an investor and look forward to chatting with everyone at BP.
